Security Issues in Legal Context
Course Textbooks

There are two textbooks for this course. The first textbook is Legal Issues in Information Security. (1st edition) by Joanna Lyn Grama and published by Jones & Bartlett Learning, LLC in 2010; the second textbook is a soft-cover Student Lab Manual.

You should use the e-reader via ITT Tech's Distance Learning system to access the main textbook. The e-reader allows you to take notes, insert bookmarks, and make highlights as you read. Click here to access to ITT Tech Distance Learning.

You can access the lab manual in its entirety here or chapter-by-chapter by clicking the provided link with each weekly assignment.

In addition to the course textbook and its accompanying lab manual, you will also need to become familiar with a corporate report from AT&T titled "The CEO’s Guide to Cyberbreach Response" published just this year. Sections from this report will serve as the foundation for many of our classroom discussions. You can download your own copy of the report by clicking on its cover image to the right or directly from AT&T by clicking here.
